Terms of Use

This is a personal hobby site by Kirill Chernakov. It catalogs a small batch of embroidered caps I made as gifts. Reading the rules below counts as agreeing to them; if you don’t, just close the tab.

Nothing here is for sale

No cart, no checkout, no money. Every cap is a gift. “Claim” means you email me or DM me on Slack with a reason you’ve earned one. Whether I send a cap is entirely up to me, and silence is a no. Paid in deeds, not dollars.

The phrases are real

Every phrase is a real quote from a real person, embroidered, not invented. If you recognize yourself in one and want it pulled from the site, email me and I’ll take it down. Photos of people wearing caps have their own page at /model-release.

The Elastic gate

Teammate names, handles, and photos are gated to verified @elastic.co Google Workspace accounts. The check is done server-side via Google Sign-In — see /privacy for the data flow. It’s still a small hobby site, not a vault: don’t put anything genuinely confidential behind it. If you can see something, treat it as if a colleague could see it too.

As-is

The site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. I’ll try to keep it up and accurate, but I make no promises. Use at your own risk.
